Happy Tuesday!

I’m deep in “Graduation Mode” for the preschool 4s classes that I teach! In fact – the big moving up ceremony is TODAY!

Aside from the usual task of the kids learning songs to sing, we also worked on songwriting. !! We spent a number of weeks working on rhyming through games and songs – and then I had each class help me write a song for them.

I learned, from their love of my song Up & Down, that these kids loved pop music and loved to dance. So, I decided to take songs from The Trolls Movie, and rewrite the lyrics with them. Each class will be doing their individual song – all culminating in a group performance of  my rewrite of “September”;

Ba-de- yah – Hey you must remember,

Ba-dey-ya –  Kindergarten’s in September

Ba-de-ya – It’s gonna be so great!

You might be reading this right when we’re having our big moment!

Suffice it to say, this has taken up quite a bit of my time – writing to editing tracks to rehearsing – so I don’t have a new video this for week, like I was hoping. But once Graduation happens, summer starts for me! So let’s sing a bunch of summer songs!

Below is my Summer Songs Playlist of 25 videos. 25! Back-to-back fun of songs that either I learned at summer camp, were recorded in the summer or have some sort of fish or water theme. Just click on the video to start over 60 minutes of interactive, sing-along, summertime fun!
