Today I AM CELEBRATING AND BREATHING A HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF!!!
Last January 2015, after many stops and starts with my former producer, I said “I’m making a new album this year and I’m starting it now!”
I found the wonderful Marc Bazerman and we began the process of scheduling the recording, and I started rehearsing with the band.
And yesterday at @ 4 pm, a year later, it was finally completed!
There’s a few more things to be done – mastering & manufacturing – but the music, the recording, editing, re-recording, overdubs, tweaking IS FINALLY DONE!
This has truly been a labor of love. And yes, i meant to stress labor. LOL!
(And perhaps deciding to take on a project like this in our first year as homeowners/mortgage-have-ers wasn’t the best financial decision of my Life….. 🙂 )
I almost don’t know what to do with myself. Except now I’m so excited to get it out there to you. Although it doesn’t officially release until April 8, I’ll have the CDs in my hands by the end of the month!

Although I didn’t post to the website last week, I sent an email (and posted on my Facebook Page ) how I had so many plans for the start of the New Year – but the year had other plans for me, Lol! A sick Piper and a sick Mister Nina kept me busy….but everyone’s healthy again and I’ve got a new video this week.
This week’s video is a super fun sing-along and move along song, in a call & response style. I’ll paste the main lyrics below. They are always the verse, but the movement part, you can totally make your own. So, aside from a move-along song, you can change that part to directive, task oriented singing lik, “Pick up your toys (Ranky Tanky), and put them in the box (Ranky Tanky)…” Or however you’d like to use it!
