Last Tuesday the world lost beloved Anna Dewdney, author and illustrator of many children’s books. She was most well known for her Llama Llama series.

I fell in love with Llama Llama Red Pajama in 2007 when I was first teaching in the preschool. That book was the first one I “heard a tune” to, and the first children’s song I ever wrote. It became a favorite at bookstore sing-alongs.  The timing never worked out for me to get permission to put it on an album; but I did record it with the band last year. So, In tribute to Ms. Dewdney and her work, her is my song version of her book Llama Llama Red Pajama:

Last Tuesday, before I’d heard that news, I held my first every Facebook Live sing-along! And I’m aiming to do it every Tuesday! This Tuesday, September 13th, we’ll be doing it at noon EDT!  You can join us live or watch the playback on my Facebook page:  www.facebook.com/mymissnina

And right here you can watch the recording of last week’s Facebook live where we sang “The Wheels On The Bus” and “Three Little Fishies”:

ENJOY!!

And hopefully I’ll “see” you LIVE today, too or at an upcoming show! (Be sure and check my calendar page for those…)

xoxo
