Here’s a fun little song that’s been in my head since I was about 10 years old.
It’s really the song “Harrigan” by George M. Cohan with the words and subject matter changed to – you guessed it – lollipops. 🙂
It’s simple and very catchy, and before long you little one will be walking around the house spelling as a result.
The lyrics are in the video, but I’ll paste them below as well.
Enjoy!
LYRICS:
L – O DOUBLE L – I – P – O – P
SPELLS LOLLIPOP.
IT’S SO FINE AND DANDY.
IT’S MY FAVORITE KIND OF CANDY.
L – O DOUBLE L – I – P – O – P YOU SEE,
IT’S A LICK ON A STICK
GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU SICK
IT’S A LOLLIPOP FOR ME!
