These are fun, energetic dance and movement songs/videos great for Gross Motor movement, a Brain Break or to get the wiggles out. (And honestly, the first 5 songs will get EVERYONE’s heart pumping!)
Within all the fun, there’s still a lot of learning going on! Songs like Up & Down, Together-Apart and Jump In, Jump Out teach the basic concepts in the songs’ name (to a hip-hop, dance beat) and are repetitive to help children embody the concepts and work on speech development. You can work on letter identification in “New Alphabet”, body control in My Freeze Dance, and all the usual musical, physical and cognitive benefits of music and movement! And at the very least – it’s ACTIVE screen time!
