This is a fun, move-along song and body part identification song you can do sitting down, standing up or using a stuffy or baby doll. I demonstrate all of those methods in this video!

In this video, I teach you how to move along. Then we do it a couple of times together eventually going faster and faster until we’re going SUPER-SILLY-FAST! Kids absolutely LOVE this song!

We tap each bod part as we say it: Toe – Knee – Chest – Nut (head!) – Nose – Eye – Love -You; and the children LOVE that we call our head our “nut”! It’s a fun play on words, too, that makes it automatically a silly song – which means lots of giggles!

BODY CONTROL: Whether you do this song standing, sitting or tapping the body parts of a doll, in this video we get to work on trying to move our bodies fast, faster and super-silly-fast while still trying to tap each body part. It IS super silly, and the kids will have a great time, but they will be working and devlopping the muscles of their body and learning how to control them as they work on their speed.

AN ATTENTION-GETTER: Because it involves using their whole body AND paying attention to the words – this song can become a classroom or home “attention-getter”. Time to clean up, or transition to a new activity? To get their attention before moving on…do this song first! Even just once through, slowly, should get the children tuned in to you and then you can give your next set of instructions.
