LEAVES IN WINDY WEATHER | Fall Movement Song

“Dance and twirl together, like leaves in windy weather. When the wind blows (wooooosh) we all blow IN together!”

 

I’ve got a new Fall Movement song video for you today! It’s called “Leaves In Windy Weather.

 

 

This song is a mash up of two songs I learned a while ago – one is “Like Leaves In Windy Weather” by Bernice Wells Carlson and the other is “Windy Weather” (unknown author).

 

 

I’ve been doing this Fall movement song with my classes for ages and it’s always a hit!

 

 

You can old hands and dance in a circle, or make a tape circle on the floor to dance in & out of – there are all sorts of ways to have fun with this song and celebrate Fall! You can also use movement scarves or go outside and dance in the leaves!
