I love Music Together. Absolutely love that program. And I’ve been listening to their Summer 2 CD with Piper for the past few days. And I actually get excited when this song comes on!
So does she. She starts rocking back and forth with purpose when she hears it.
This is a “Traditional American” Song – there is no composer to site that I know by name. But I definitely used Music Together’s method of adaptation here. I sang the signature verse/chorus at the beginning and end, and the middle three versus I changed the lyrics to get y’all moving with me – waving arms, wiggling around and jumping!
