Well, sure, we’ve done If You’re Happy and You Know It before. But this time, by request, we’re going to explore some other feelings as well as happy: sadness, anger, silliness & love!
These emotions and their accompanying faces and behaviors seem self evident to us – but children don’t always readily identify them within themselves and need to see how other human beings exhibit feelings. So using song to demonstrate can be very helpful and educational for them.
And of course, it’s just fun. Fun to freely express feelings through song. Woohoo!
