Can you believe it’s MAY?! It’s finally feeling very Spring-like here in Minnesota and I am LOVING it!
And today, I have something a little different for you…. it’s a brand new READ-ALOUD story video!
The folks at Hippo Park publishing asked me if I would read aloud one of their books on my video show, and I, of course, was THRILLED to have the opportunity!
As you probably know, I absolutely LOVE children’s books. My Master’s degree is in Educational Theater – so give me a chance to dramatize a book in read-aloud story form for you and I will jump at it!
The book is called, A Delicious Story, written by Barney Saltzberg. It is a very cute way of introducing the elements of Story to children, and has a very Elephant-and-Piggie feel to it, too.

This is a great “anytime” story. And may be GREAT for the end of the year when you are reviewing things or just need a new book that’s simple and entertaining.
