Row, Row, Row Your Boat!

This version of Row, Row, Row Your Boat is one that I include at nearly every Miss Nina playgroup and Birthday Party.  It’s great for children of all ages because there are so many ways to participate in the song.  For instance, you can have your very young child sit on your lap while you hold their hands and row the boat together, or a child can sit by themselves and row their boat all by themselves , or our older preschoolers can face a friend (or grown up) and hold hands and as one leans back, the other leans forward.

As a matter of fact, that technique will be demonstrated in the Picture-In-A-Picture box in the top right corner of the screen.  My amazingly supportive husband, Tucker Stone, (or Mister Nina?) makes his “Miss Nina Weekly Video” debut in this one to help demonstrate!  (Is he a great guy, or what?!!)

And of course, this is not just your regular Row, Row, Row Your Boat.  This one is a little bit silly with some lyrics in a couple of the verses.  I’m typing the words below so that you can be ready to be silly along with me:

In the video, we do the whole thing slow, and then the whole thing fast.  Some might even say we do it “super silly fast”. 🙂

And here’s a *helpful tip* if you are looking for a way to keep your child entertained and occupied with Miss Nina for more then the length of one video :  check out my “Playlists” on Youtube.  I’ve gathered my videos into several playlists  so the Miss Nina video’s play one after the other consecutively.  By using the playlists you won’t have to come back to your computer or phone to hit “play” at the end of each video.   Just visit my YouTube Channel and click on one of the “Featured Playlists” on the right hand side of the screen.
